Hi! I’m Bethany. A learning designer and e-learning developer.

I build digital training that helps people actually use new tools and processes at work, whether that’s onboarding, product enablement, or compliance-focused learning.

I’ve spent the last 8+ years designing and developing online learning across academic, nonprofit, and corporate teams. A lot of my work is hands-on development: SCORM modules in Storyline and Rise, interactive content, video-based training, and LMS delivery at scale.

I care about making learning clear, practical, and accessible. I like working on programs that have real constraints and real users, not just nice ideas on paper.
